Black Bear Talent is now hiring an experienced CNC Operator for a growing manufacturing team. If you have a strong machining background, enjoy working in a fast paced production environment, and take pride in producing quality parts, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components
  • Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and equipment
  • Read and interpret measurements using micrometers and calipers
  • Follow production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:
  • Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience required
  • Experience operating multiple CNC lathes and mills preferred
  • Ability to use and read micrometers and calipers is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Team oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
