Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a CNC Operator position for a Manufacturing company in Sparta, TN. This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!
Duties for this position include:
• Operating CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Loading raw materials and unloading finished parts from machines
• Monitoring machine operation and making basic adjustments as needed
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
• Performing routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Reporting machine issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervision
Compensation (USD):
$16.00 – $18.00/hour
(depending on experience)
Schedule:
2nd Shift
Monday – Friday
1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Training Schedule (Required):
1st Shift
Monday – Friday
5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of CNC operating experience
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Updated resume required for client review
• Must pass background check and drug screen
