Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our growing countertop fabrication team. This position is responsible for operating CNC machinery to fabricate granite, quartz, marble, and other stone countertops according to production specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with CNC equipment, manufacturing processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines used in countertop fabrication
  • Load stone slabs and verify material specifications
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD files, and work orders
  • Program, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and finished product standards
  • Measure and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
