Join Openwork in Olive Branch, MS , where we operate industry-leading corrugated packaging machinery. We're looking for ambitious, mechanically inclinedMachine Operatorsto run and maintain our advanced equipment in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
Must be able to operate and adjust machines including:
  • McKinley D/C
  • Ward -66 Flexo, Folder Gluer
  • 616 Martin
  • 244 EMBA
  • 140 Flexo, Folder Gluer
  • Little Press Printer Slotter machines
  • Bobst Pacific Folder Gluer
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up machinery based on specifications and ensure quality output throughout production
  • Monitor flow, speed, and temperature, making real-time adjustments as needed
  • Perform box checks, count and stack products, and ensure specs are met
  • Enter production data into computer systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness of machines and surrounding area
  • Follow Lockout/Tagout and other safety procedures
  • Report mechanical issues to supervisors immediately
What You Bring:
  • Must be 18+ with ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bend, kneel, crouch, stand)
  • Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Basic math, reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in hot/cold environments
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Preferred Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience operating corrugated converting machinery and related equipment
