Job Title: CNC Operator
Shift:2nd Shift 2pm - 10:30pm
Job Overview
The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Operators will prepare machines, monitor production, and inspect finished components to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Preparing and operating CNC machines for tasks such as drilling and milling
Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
Loading raw materials and parts onto machines
Performing test runs and adjusting settings to meet specifications
Monitoring machine operations and adjusting for optimal result
Inspecting and measuring finished products for accuracy and quality
Performing routine maintenance and daily checks on equipment
Maintaining accurate job logs, routers, and related documentation
Keeping work areas clean and organized in compliance with safety standards
Supporting team scheduling, training, and workflow coordination as needed
