With a reputation for innovation and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production operations, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of industrial machinery and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining various machines to support the seamless manufacturing of our food products. Working Monday to Friday 6am to 430pm (Overtime on Fridays not always working Fridays, however mandatory when we do)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment, such as mixers, fillers, and packaging machines, to ensure proper functioning and product quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery, including cleaning, inspecting, and making minor adjustments
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow and address any production challenges
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar industrial production role
- Ability to read and interpret machine operation manuals and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Must pass background check and drug screen
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our production facility, which operates on a 24/7 schedule. The work environment is fast-paced and can involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and physical demands, such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target pay rate for this Temporary to Hire Machine Operator position is $19 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
