Rome Grinding Solutions is seeking a CNC Operator to support efficient production operations and ensure high-quality manufacturing output. This role is critical to meeting organizational goals and requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on CNC machines
  • Maintain clean equipment and a safe, organized work environment
  • Follow all safety regulations and wear required safety gear
  • Measure, examine, and test completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering documentation
  • Meet production goals, quotas, and deadlines
  • Manage time efficiently to maximize performance and productivity

Qualifications:
