What You Can Expect from Stiles
  • Competitive pay
  • A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement options
  • Nationally accredited training programs, ongoing technical development, and clear paths for career growth within and outside of service

  • Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, equivalent hands-on experience, a related associate's degree, or a willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation or completion of a Field Service training program

Why You Should Apply
Because here, your work matters to customers, to your teammates, and to your future.
