Job description

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in aerospace manufacturing? If you have experience with CNC mill setup and operation, this Temp-to-Hire CNC Machinist position offers the chance to join a growing team that values quality, precision, and craftsmanship.

This facility manufactures seals, bearings, and composite parts for the aerospace industry. You'll work primarily on 3-axis Haas CNC mills, performing machine setup, tool changes, and running pre-programmed jobs to produce high-quality aerospace components. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a machinist who enjoys hands-on work in a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.

CNC Machinist Duties:
  • Set up and operate 3-axis Haas CNC milling machines.
  • Load and secure parts in vises and fixtures.
  • Perform tool changes and machine offsets.
  • Run pre-programmed machining operations to produce precision aerospace components.
  • Read blueprints and work instructions to verify part specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

CNC Machinist Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of CNC machining experience preferred.
  • Experience setting up and operating 3-axis Haas CNC mills required
  • Ability to perform machine setups, tool changes, and basic offsets.
  • Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
  • High School Diploma or GED
