Machinists Incorporated is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist III to join our growing team on Swing Shift (Monday through Thursday, 2:20 p.m. โ 12:50 a.m.). This position is ideal for a highly skilled machinist who thrives in a fast-paced job shop environment where every day brings new challenges

In this role, you will set up and operate large and medium-sized multi-axis CNC mills and lathes, producing prototypes, one-off, and low-volume precision components for industries including aerospace, defense, energy, heavy equipment, naval vessels, and tooling. - el.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and process documentati
- on.Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipme
- nt.Verify dimensional accuracy while maintaining close toleranc
- es.Troubleshoot machining processes and make program or setup adjustments as requir

Qualificat
- ionsMinimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience in a job shop, prototype, R&D, or similar high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environm
- ent.Strong experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC mills and/or lat
- hes.Experience machining complex precision components from a variety of met
- als.Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawi
- ngs.Solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Toleranci
