CNC Machinist – Level 3

  • B-Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:30 pm - 3:00 am EST
  • Pay Range: $24-$30 / hour + 10% Premium
  • Location: Benton Harbor

What we are looking for:

  • Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and awesome communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable individual with an excellent work ethic and the ability to stand/walk during the entire shift.
  • Must be willing to learn and have the ability to be coached.
  • Previous Gantry Style, Swiss Style, and/or Mill/Turn Style lathe operation preferred.
  • Min. 3 years of any CNC operation, experience operating Murata and/or Star machinery a plus
  • Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools, calipers and micrometers, etc.
  • Understanding of production procedures.
  • Experience in geometric tolerancing along with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals as well as GD&T.

Job Summary:

A successful machinist/operator within our organization will accurately and efficiently use multi-axis CNC machines to produce quality parts, troubleshoot, set-up or process issues quickly, maintain equipment, and keep all production areas clean and organized.
