As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll run pre-programmed CNC mills and inspection equipment that produce the precision parts going into that hardware, with a choice between a weekday 1st Shift or a Friday–Sunday Weekend Nights shift that pays a 15% differential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Load and unload parts on pre-programmed CNC mills
  • Load and inspect parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine
  • Use work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines
  • Use hand tools on machined parts as needed
  • Tighten and loosen fasteners to hold parts and fixtures in place
  • Deburr metal parts after machining
  • Assist with shipping preparation — packaging, shipping, and receiving as needed
  • Order machine shop supplies as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must submit a resume to be considered
  • Ability to pass a statewide background check, drug screening (for substances illegal in Colorado), and E-Verify employment verification

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of experience operating a CNC mill

Pay, Benefits and Schedule

Pay: $22–$26/hour, based on experience and qualifications

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30am–4:00pm

Weekend Nights Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00pm–7:30am, plus a 15% shift differential
