CNC Machine Operator  About the Role

We are hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a hands-on manufacturing position. This is not a passive machine-monitoring role. You will be actively involved in setting up and operating CNC equipment, making adjustments, checking finished parts, and maintaining production quality.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines and equipment
  • Prepare machines for production runs and job changes
  • Load and unload materials and finished parts
  • Follow work orders, drawings, and production specifications
  • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
  • Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
  • Maintain consistent production and quality standards
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Complete production and quality documentation as required
Qualifications
  • Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
