Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $20+/hour
Shift: 

  • 3rd: M-F, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

  • Load and unload parts into CNC machines while ensuring finished parts meet specifications.
  • Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Operate CNC machines safely and responsibly, following all company policies.
  • Assist with setup preparations and machine maintenance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of customer orders.

What's Needed?

  • 2+ years of CNC Machining experience  
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Ability to recognize safety concerns and promote a safe work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with strong decision-making skills.
