Job description

Join a World‑Class Precision Machining Team

We’re growing fast — and looking for talented CNC Machinists who take pride in accuracy, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. At Precinmac, we manufacture mission‑critical components for aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and advanced automation industries. If you thrive in a high‑precision environment and have experience with 4‑axis horizontal mills and/or lathe/mill‑turn machines, we want to meet you!

Shifts:

Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2:00AM - 10% shift differential

Friday-Sunday 5:00PM-5:00AM - 30% shift differential!

What You’ll Do
  • Run CNC equipment including lathes, mill‑turn, 3/4/5‑axis mills

  • Set up, load parts, prove programs, adjust offsets, and perform edits

  • Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and specifications

  • Inspect work using precision measurement tools and make corrections as needed

  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform basic machine PM

  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams

What You Bring
  • HS diploma/GED; machining training or 2+ years CNC experience

  • Experience machining medium‑to‑high complexity parts

  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding

  • Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, indicators; CMM experience a plus

  • Ability to follow instructions, adapt to change, and run multiple machines

  • Solid math skills and knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies
