Job Title: CNC Operator
Client: Aerospace Industry
Location: Carson City, NV 89706
Duration: Direct Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

Description:
• Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines
• Perform machine setup and simple CNC program edits
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure specifications are met
• Modify parts and perform surface blending/finishing
• Use hand tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment
• Follow production specifications and quality standards
• Maintain 5S, safety, and ISO/TCS quality requirements
• Use computerized tracking systems for production activities
• Work independently or within a team environment
Required Skills:
• CNC machine setup and operation
• Ability to read and follow written/oral instructions
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Team collaboration and communication skills
