CNC Operator

Locations: South El Monte, CA
Pay: $16.50 - $33.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime opportunities available)

About the Job

We're looking for CNC Operators to run our CNC lathes and mills. You’ll help keep machines running smoothly, check parts for quality, and work with the team to get the job done right.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate CNC mills and lathes
  • Load tools, materials, and run basic programs
  • Make offsets and basic edits with support
  • Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Follow safety and machining best practices
  • Keep work area and machines clean and maintained

If you’re more experienced, you may also:

  • Change and set tooling with correct offsets
  • Troubleshoot issues and make basic program edits
  • Run multiple machines at once
  • Understand advanced movements and offsets
  • Use all shop inspection tools confidently
What You Need
  • CNC experience is a plus, but we will train the right motivated applicant
  • Able to read simple blueprints and measurements
  • Comfortable with G/M codes and machine controls
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Use hands for tools and fine adjustments
