Job Summary

We are seeking skilled CNC Operator / Programmer – Setup Machinists to join our team.
 The ideal candidates will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines including horizontal milling, vertical machining centers, and turning centers to produce precision components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software
 • Set up and operate CNC horizontal milling, vertical machining, and turning centers
 • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
 • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations
 • Perform first-piece inspection and ensure quality standards are met
 • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
 • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
 • Maintain proper documentation of production and quality records
 • Ensure adherence to safety and workplace standards
 • Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or Machining
 • 3–5 years of experience in CNC programming and machine setup
 • Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code)
 • Experience with horizontal and vertical machining centers and CNC lathes
 • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
 • Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges)
 • Experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM) is a plus
 • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
