CNC Mill Operator-Multiple Shifts
Location: Warsaw, IN
Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour for entry-level candidates, up to $30.00 per hour for candidates with 3–5+ years of experience
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Mill Operator to join our team in Warsaw, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, producing precision-machined components for the medical instrument industry. We are open to training motivated entry-level candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitude, while also offering highly competitive compensation for experienced CNC professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Mill Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
-Operating CNC milling equipment: Run CNC mills and related machining equipment to produce high-precision components that meet strict quality standards.
-Reading engineering drawings and specifications: Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production of parts.
-Inspecting finished products: Utilize measuring tools and quality inspection techniques to verify dimensions, tolerances, and overall product quality.
-In addition, you will also be expected to perform basic machine adjustments, maintain production records, assist with setup activities, and contribute to a clean and organized manufacturing environment.
