We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Lead to design, develop, and implement customer communication solutions. The role involves serving as the primary technical contact, translating business requirements into scalable designs, and providing leadership to offshore teams. Lead the design, development, and implementation of customer communication and correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream.
Serve as the primary onsite technical point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and project teams.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and document composition designs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development and support teams.
Review solution designs, code, templates, scripts, and deployment packages to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, effort estimations, and solution planning activities.
Support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to understand correspondence requirements and regulatory changes.
Lead impact assessments for enhancement requests, production issues, and technology upgrades.
Ensure successful implementation of change requests through established change management processes.
Provide technical oversight for document template development, business rules implementation, and data mapping activities.

Mentor and coach developers on OpenText Exstream design standards, performance optimization, and development best practices.
