Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state CNA exam

  • Graduated from a CNA training program

  • A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA Key Duties Include:

  • Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.

  • Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.

  • Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

  • Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
