To excel as a CNA Trainee, you should possess a basic knowledge of patient care, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a genuine interest in healthcare. Compassion, patience, and effective communication are soft skills that help trainees connect with patients and work well within a healthcare team. These qualities are essential for delivering safe, attentive care and building strong professional relationships in clinical settings.
