Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Supportive Living Facility

Job Summary:

Join our Allure of Zion family as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our Supportive Living Facility in Zion, Illinois. We're a dynamic and caring team dedicated to delivering exceptional resident-centered care. As a CNA, you'll provide routine daily care and services to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

About the Role:

As a CNA, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans
• Measuring and recording vital signs, food and fluid intake, and reporting changes
• Assisting with lifting, turning, positioning, transferring, and transporting residents
• Providing care to residents with mental health conditions, psychosocial needs, or history of trauma
• Observing and reporting skin changes, pressure areas, or breakdowns
• Collecting specimens as instructed

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Illinois)
• CPR certification required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and support agencies

Schedule:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• PM shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)
