East Staffing Solutions has been providing an efficient, effective and enjoyable staffing experience to licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants and clients since 2017. Our job at East Staffing is to understand the staffing needs of our clients and bring together the perfect match in expertise, skill and personality. Come join our team!

We are looking for reliable, compassionate and dedicated CNAs to care for residents in promoting the highest possible quality of life and care. Our ideal candidate will be one who is experienced in an autonomous fast paced environment and thrives off of meeting the needs of their residents.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to document information in residents medical record
  • Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
  • Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
  • Monitor patients condition including fluid intake and output and document in patient charts
  • Assist residents in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.
  • Provide emotional and psychosocial support when needed

Qualifications

  • CNA in good standing in required state
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience
  • Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a interdisciplinary team
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Understanding of confidentiality, HIPPA and nursing best practices
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop and lift throughout entirety of shift
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, dedicated and able to handle stress
