Location: Metrowest and Middlesex County – Patients’ Homes

AJ Home Care is hiring compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes throughout Metrowest, Middlesex, and neighboring counties. This is a fulfilling opportunity to work in a flexible, client-centered environment where your care makes a real impact.

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated caregivers who are passionate about helping others. As a CNA or HHA, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health, comfort, and independence of our patients at home. Our ideal candidate is dependable, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support
Offer medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans
Monitor vital signs and report any health changes to the supervising nurse
Help patients with mobility and transferring
Document care provided and maintain confidentiality at all times
