DaVita has an open position for a Social Worker who will be a vital member of each patient's core care team. Life on dialysis can be a difficult transition for many patients-and you'll be there to support and advocate for them. In this vital role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.

  • Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.

  • Obtained their Clinical License (e.g., LCSW, LICSW), meeting all licensure requirements for their state.

  • Proficient in all Experienced level Social Worker duties.

  • Intermediate computer skills.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The Salary Range for the role is $80,600-$114,000 per year.Social Worker Experienced (Clinical License) - WA: $80,000-$108,000 per year.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
