Job Summary:
Theย Practice Ambassadorย role at Bloom Healthcare is a dynamic sales position, centered on cultivating referral relationships and partnerships with assisted, memory care, and independent living communities, skilled settings, and any type of referral source that services our patient population. As a Bloom Ambassador, your primary responsibilities include fostering referral relationships, educating potential partners and patients about our services, and advocating for the benefits of our home-based primary care and hospice solutions, resulting in increased referral volume and census growth. The role plays a pivotal part in expanding access to high-quality in-home care for patients while supporting the growth and success of our practice and hospice.
Practice Ambassador Job Functions:

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of Bloom's market strategy
  • Oversight and management of all respective call points in the territory: Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, as well as all outside care and referral partners (home health, hospice, placement agencies, non-medical, etc.)
  • Successfully obtaining monthly, quarterly and annual budget numbers and quotas ensuring the growth of the organization
  • Educating and meeting face to face with our patients and their families to assist them through the enrollment process
Practice Ambassador Requirements:
  • Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Assisted Living, Hospital, Home Health, Hospice, and/or like industry is a must
  • College degree is preferred
  • Proven track record of success in multiple sales roles
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work in US
