Job description

Overview

The Marketing Technology Administrator serves as the primary technical resource for enterprise web platforms supporting corporate hospitality and restaurant brands. This role is responsible for administering and optimizing Sitecore and BentoBox CMS environments to ensure high-performing, compliant, and brand-consistent digital experiences. The position partners closely with marketing, IT, and external vendors to maintain website functionality, support content workflows, and uphold accessibility and data privacy standards. A strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and problem-solving mindset are critical to success.
 


Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned.

Web Content Management

· Administer and maintain Sitecore and BentoBox CMS platforms, ensuring system performance, reliability, and uptime

· Manage user roles, permissions, and content workflows across CMS environments

· Implement and maintain website templates, components, and page layouts

· Ensure brand consistency and adherence to established web standards across all digital properties

Technical Administration

· Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting for web platforms

· Monitor site performance and address technical issues impacting functionality or user experience

· Coordinate with IT teams and third-party vendors on system integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution

· Support marketing initiatives by enabling efficient content publishing and campaign execution

Compliance & Quality Assurance

· Ensure websites meet accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA compliance)

· Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA

· Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve broken links, errors, and usability issues


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience administering content management systems

· Direct experience with Sitecore CMS required; BentoBox CMS experience preferred

· Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

· Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

· Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques

· Demonstrated experience supporting ADA/WCAG compliance and accessibility standards

· Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as it relates to web platforms

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
