Job description

Epicor CMS Business Analyst

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (In-person)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ~$78,000 โ€“ $94,000 per year

We are seeking a hands-on Epicor CMS Business Analyst with strong experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within the automotive industry. This role requires deep knowledge of Epicor CMS, manufacturing operations, and core business analysis practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and optimize Epicor CMS ERP system
  • Gather and document business requirements across finance, production, inventory, and supply chain
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and queries (SQL/SSRS)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support integrations (EDI, shop floor systems)
  • Assist with ERP implementations, upgrades, and system configurations
  • Design and maintain customer labeling using Labelview integrated with CMS

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Epicor CMS experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with EDI
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Knowledge of databases, ODBC connections, and IBM iSeries environment

Preferred:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Data Analytics or related field
  • Automotive industry experience
