Job description

Summary
CMP Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment within a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills, works effectively in a team setting, and supports continuous equipment performance improvement.
This is a factory-based position supporting the CMP equipment team and requires working in a cleanroom environment while wearing appropriate cleanroom attire and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CMP fab equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to eliminate recurring tool failures
Improve system performance to meet process requirements and increase tool reliability
Monitor, analyze, and interpret tool performance data
Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures
Partner with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects
Clearly communicate equipment status during daily verbal pass down meetings
Provide clear, concise written communication to engineers and technicians across shifts
