Hand Finisher / Deburr

Defense & Aerospace Manufacturing

Location: 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040

Shift Options: Day Shift

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

Basic Qualifications:

· DEBURR/HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH/BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR DEPARTMENT/LEAD/SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES

· COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS

Other experience that includes:

· PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING A MICRO BLASTER IS A PLUS

· THE USE OF MICROSCOPES

· HAND HELD AIR AND ELECTRIC DEBURRING TOOLS

· KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF DEBURRING ABRASIVES,AND BURRS FOR SEPCIFIC MATERIALS

Preferred Skills:

· MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE

· CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECCESARY

Physical Requirements:

· ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 35 LBS

· ABILITY TO SIT AT WORK STATION FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME

· Must be willing to comply with personal protective equipment requirements (eye and hearing protection, etc)
