Job description

Leadership Development Opportunity

Position Type: Operations Management Trainee(Full-Time)

Experience Level: Entry-Level / Recent Graduate

Starting Compensation: $30.00โ€“$35.00 Hourly(DOE)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated recent college graduate or early-career professional to join our client's Operations Management Trainee Program.

The trainee will initially work alongside the service team, learning routes, customers, vehicles, equipment, safety requirements, security procedures, and day-to-day field operations. After demonstrating proficiency in the field, the trainee will progressively transition into management responsibilities including route planning, employee scheduling, fleet coordination, customer service, performance management, operational analytics, and employee coaching.

This program is designed to develop the next generation of operational leaders.

We believe effective managers should understand the work, the customers, and the challenges of the employees they will eventually lead. For that reason, Management Trainees learn the business from the ground up rather than beginning behind a desk.
