Job description

You will serve as a LEAD INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTORATE of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining control and accountability of all material received, issued, stored and disposed, as well as to improve inventory record accuracy; 2) Using automated information systems, Business Logistics applications (BLAs) and software such as Microsoft Office suite, Maximo, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), GSA systems and FedMall to retrieve, process, and analyze data and orders; 3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing to develop local procedures and reports, present findings, and coordinate and resolve problems; AND 4) Applying supply and purchasing regulations, policies and instructions to make purchases, monitor deliveries, and return material.
