What is a CMC medical receptionist?

CMC Medical Receptionists are administrative professionals who work at Community Medical Centers (CMC), serving as the first point of contact for patients. They are responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient records. These receptionists play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication between patients, medical staff, and the healthcare facility. Their organizational and interpersonal skills help create a welcoming and efficient environment for everyone visiting the center.
