Job description

Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in program management, you will be providing administrative and operational support to ensure effective contract execution. You will be supporting task assignment and review, setting project pace, monitoring work-in-progress, and verifying successful completion of deliverables. In addition, you will provide support in the areas of:
  • Program oversight and engagement
  • Other Direct Costs tracking and approvals
  • Financial reporting and dashboard delivery
  • Production metrics and CDRL reporting and compliance
  • Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
  • 10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration
  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of direct industry experience, OR Bachelor's degree in one of the above fields with 14 years of experience in the same disciplines
  • Ability to work independently over initiating, managing, executing, and reporting on tasks with minimal oversight

The following is preferred:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting Army Military Intelligence with a Degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic reputation
  • Desired certifications:
    CBA, ITIL, CGFM, CDFM, CCP, CMA, PMP, CDP
