Job description

The Club at Crested Butte, located in Crested Butte, CO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Clubhouse Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fastpaced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Essential Duties:

  • Greet members and welcome them to the fitness center.
  • Answer any questions regarding fitness classes, locations, times, etc.
  • Inspect exercise equipment for cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of fitness center, group fitness rooms, fitness desk, locker rooms, pool, and racquet courts.
  • Perform light custodial duties such as wiping down equipment, moving used towels to laundry room, and spot cleaning floors and machines.
  • Enforce all Club rules and regulations in a polite and professional manner with members and employees.
  • Maintain a general understanding of club directory.
  • Ensure outdoor racket courts have water.
  • Assist golf staff in maintaining water stations.
  • Cover front-desk shifts when necessary.
  • Occasionally assist food and beverage staff in moving banquet furniture.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to crouch, bend, stand and reach.
  • Regularly lifts 50 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 75 pounds.
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals as required.
  • Occasionally works in outdoor conditions.

Education/Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, fitness or hospitality, preferred.

Work Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation.
