Position Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling communications, and supporting administrative functions to ensure seamless daily club operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Assist members with general inquiries, reservations, and club information
  • Manage front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and basic member information
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with departments (golf, tennis, dining, fitness, etc.) to assist member needs
  • Handle member concerns or direct them to the appropriate department
  • Assist with event sign-ups, reservations, and check-ins as needed
  • Monitor clubhouse traffic and ensure proper guest sign-in procedures

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
