About Westwood Country Club Westwood Country Club is a private member-owned Club just west of Tysons Corner, Virginia, in the beautiful town of Vienna. The Club offers a Gene Bates-designed 18-hole championship golf course, fitness center, indoor racquets facility, court tennis, five indoor tennis courts, four outdoor tennis courts, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, baby pool, and a children’s center. The Club offers a variety of full-service dining rooms and private rooms throughout our expansive clubhouse. Westwood recently completed over 26-million-dollars in renovations and is on a substantial waitlist for members to join.


Brief Job Description

The Food and Beverage Manager role is critical to the Club’s success. The F&B Manager works closely with the AGM and Senior F&B Manager to ensure a quality dining experience for members and guests. The F&B Manager is a highly visible, “hands-on” manager who is expected to consistently engage with members and guests and lead/support service staff. Candidate must be an exceptional communicator and have excellent personal interactive skills and maturity to instinctively know how to make members and guests feel welcome and comfortable. This individual will work closely with our Food & Beverage team including the Senior F&B Manager, Beverage Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager to ensure seamless operation throughout all dining areas of the club.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day FOH food and beverage outlets.

2. Assists with hiring, training, and scheduling FOH food and beverage staff.

3. Assist in developing the food and beverage department's yearly budget with the AGM, routinely review financial reports, and take corrective actions as needed.

4. Responsible for POS updates and menu programming.

5. Conduct pre-shift meetings with staff.

6. Conduct inventories of beverages, supplies, dinnerware, and glassware as needed.

7. Ensures that all food and beverage staff are presentable, well-groomed, and always in established uniforms.

8. Enforce all club rules and regulations.

9. Engage with and mentor team members to improve member service and experience
