Job description

Falsetto Hospitality is currently seeking a Lounge Server to join our team at Caviar Club!
The Lounge Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences in our lounge and bar. This position provides attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service by anticipating guest needs, offering menu recommendations, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
The ideal candidate thrives in a luxury, high-energy environment, possesses extensive food and beverage knowledge, and works collaboratively with the entire restaurant team to ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Specific Tasks:
Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards in accordance with the Caviar Club Employee Handbook.
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service throughout their visit.
Anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed expectations.
Present food and beverage menus, answer questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
Inform guests of daily food and beverage features, including pricing.
Ask every guest about allergies or dietary restrictions and communicate them according to restaurant allergy procedures.
Accurately enter all food and beverage orders into the POS system.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all food and beverages.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and the overall lounge throughout service.
Communicate effectively with Captains, Food Runners, Bartenders, Culinary Team Members, Managers, and fellow service staff to ensure seamless execution.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all food, beverage, wine, and cocktail offerings.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly while complying with all state regulations and alcohol awareness standards.
Follow all cash handling and payment processing procedures accurately.
Comply with all Department of Health regulations and company sanitation standards.
Complete all end-of-shift financial procedures accurately.
Properly communicate guest requests, preferences, and concerns to the appropriate team members.
Set up and maintain the lounge, side stations, and service areas according to restaurant standards, including:
Cleaning and inspecting all lounge furniture.
Setting tables with proper place settings.
Stocking service stations with required supplies.
Completing all opening and closing side work assigned by management.
Report any damaged equipment, furniture, or maintenance concerns immediately to management.
Attend and actively participate in daily pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
Continuously learn through observation, training, and collaboration while leading by example.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
Demonstrate knowledge of Caviar Club, Falsetto Hospitality, and affiliated concepts.
Support fellow team members and assist in other areas whenever needed to ensure exceptional guest service.
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance while demonstrating flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Training Requirements:
Successful completion of Caviar Club Lounge Server Training.
Alcohol Awareness Certification.
Food Handler Certification.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience.
Previous cocktail server, lounge server, or fine dining server experience preferred.
Experience in a high-volume luxury restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout each shift.
Frequently bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
Safely operate all necessary tools and equipment.
