Le poste

En tant que partie integrante de l'equipe des services aux membres, nos associes a la reception sont des professionnels amicaux et attentifs qui s'efforcent de ravir nos membres et nos invites en:

  • Accueillir les personnes qui entrent dans le Club de maniere chaleureuse et agreable

  • Aider a l'inscription aux programmes, au traitement des paiements et a la planification des services du club.

  • S'efforcer constamment de creer une premiere impression memorable

  • Gerer les enregistrements, repondre aux questions et resoudre les problemes de maniere appropriee

  • Maintenir la proprete des zones de reception pour contribuer a une experience exceptionnelle dans les installations

  • Contacter les services d'entretien menager et de maintenance lorsqu'un probleme est signale

  • Repondre aux questions concernant les services et les installations du club

  • Effectuer des taches de base en matiere de comptabilite, de caisse, de classement et de bureau.

The Position
As an integral part of the member services team, our Front Desk Associates are friendly and attentive professionals who strive to delight our members and guests by:

  • Welcoming individuals who enter the club in a warm and pleasant manner

  • Assisting with program registration, payment processing, and scheduling club services

  • Consistently striving to create a lasting first impression

  • Handling check-ins, addressing questions and resolving issues appropriately

  • Maintaining cleanliness of front desk areas to contribute to an exceptional facility experience

  • Contacting housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported

  • Answering queries regarding club services and facilities

  • Performing basic bookkeeping, cashiering, filing, and clerical duties

  • Must have availability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends and some holidays)
