Hours per Week: Not to exceed 19 hours a week

Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Varies by class
Job Summary and Description
Position responsible for teaching Continuing Education classes. Continuing Education Instructors are hired in a part-time capacity contingent upon the needs of the department. Classes are offered during daytime, evenings, and weekends as well as some College holidays. Classes are offered at various times and locations during the academic year.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of directly related experience in front-line material handling and supply chain logistics in fulfillment centers, warehouses, distribution centers, or factories.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree in related training discipline.
  • Three years teaching experience.
  • Full CPT certified instructor (current).
  • Ability to successfully complete the CPT+ Authorized Instructor Training within 90 days of hire.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) Certificate.
