- A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health discipline with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
- Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
