Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.        Current Louisiana State CLS-Generalist or CLS-Technician licensure required        BLS (CPR) Certification required.            Knowledge of and adherence to current Laboratory theory and practice, infection prevention, and Laboratory standards of practice.             Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS, CLIA.             Independent             Meticulous attention to detail             Excellent written and oral communication skills             Analytical Skills             Time Management skills             Dexterity and good eye-hand coordination             Critical Thinking skills             Recognize problems and develop solutions or alternative approaches.             Excellent perception and visualization- identifying patterns trends. (i.e.)
