Job description

We're looking for an Interface Engineer in Columbia, MO to join our team. In this role you'll be responsible for helping to maintain our Cloverleaf Integration Engine hosted via RHEL onsite. Ideally, the perfect candidate will also have FHIR experience and help us stand-up our FHIR environment within Cloverleaf. This is a net new service we are wanting to offer our client in Columbia, MO.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 2 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Electrical Engineering, Health Care, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
  • At least 2 years of HL7/integration work experience

Expectations

  • Willing to travel to the client site as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • This position requires an on-call rotation.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $28.41 to $56.83 per hour; from: $59,100 to $118,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide development and support for existing Cloverleaf and Oracle Health Interfaces.
  • Provide support for Cloverleaf Red Hat server.
  • Develop new custom real-time interfaces with Oracle FSI and Cloverleaf Engine.
  • Help create new FHIR environment to expand Interface Team scope.

  • Respond to user support requests in a timely manner to meet SLA obligations.
  • Test and coordinate testing for new releases of Oracle and Cloverleaf applications
  • Log application bugs and follow up with IT and Development teams.
  • Monitor upcoming application releases.
  • Train users and other team members on application features.

  • This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, with the expectation to provide after-hours support for urgent issues, system outages, or critical deployment needs. Candidates must be available to respond to and resolve issues promptly during assigned on-call periods. On-call support may require trips onsite to the client during irregular hours.
