Administrative Assistant

With some bookkeeping experience for CPA firm in Huntington NY. Minimum 2-3 years experience, Accounting office experience a plus.

Entails client interaction by phone and email and in-person office visits during the tax season.

Assist in obtaining and following up to gather client information and documents.

Must have strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented, able to multitask and proficient in excel and word.

Experience in scheduling would be a plus.

Will need to convert and maintain files and documents digitally with a cloud server.

Weekly timesheets will be required.

Immediate permanent part-time position.
