  • Demonstrate patience and pragmatism in balancing transformation goals with current organizational maturity
  • Enable teams to adopt product practices at a sustainable pace, including roadmaps, backlogs, and customer feedback loops
  • Establish structured engagement mechanisms (e.g., developer forums, feedback loops, usage insights) to continuously refine platform priorities
  • Act as executive-level voice of the customer for Azure platform consumers across Application, SRE, Infra, security and other cross functional teams
  • Set platform product strategy for Azure platform capabilities, account vending, networking, IAM, security guardrails, observability, automation, and service enablement
  • Drive prioritization decisions balancing enterprise risk, resilience, cost, and developer velocity
  • Partner with senior engineering, architecture, security, risk, and finance leaders to align platform investments to business outcomes
  • Establish platform success metrics and regularly report outcomes to executive technology leadership
  • Ensure security, compliance, and operational resilience are embedded as default capabilities across the Azure platform
  • Influence enterprise cloud standards, operating models, and governance forums as the Azure platform product leader
