La mission di Acea è sviluppare e gestire infrastrutture sicure e sostenibili garantendo l’accesso e la circolarità delle risorse fondamentali per i cittadini, le imprese e il territorio. Acea offre servizi essenziali legati alla gestione dell’acqua, alla distribuzione di energia elettrica, all’illuminazione pubblica e al trattamento dei rifiuti.

All’interno della funzione Digital, IT & Cyber Security, entrerai a far parte dell’unità Datacenter & Cloud Operations, contribuendo alla gestione e all’evoluzione delle piattaforme cloud enterprise del Gruppo.

In particolare, ti occuperai di:

  • Configurare le piattaforme (AWS, Azure e Google Cloud Platform) e le risorse cloud (VM, istanze compute, storage, database, VPC/VNet, Load Balancer, Firewall, Cloud DNS);
  • Gestire strumenti di monitoring e observability (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations Suite);
  • Analizzare log, metriche e alert, intervenendo su incident e problemi di performance;
  • Automatizzare attività operative con Bash, PowerShell e Python, creando script e procedure per aumentare l’efficienza del team;
  • Implementare e mantenere soluzioni Infrastructure as Code con Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, ARM Templates;
  • Supportare attività DevOps e CI/CD (livello operativo) ed effettuare attività di hardening, gestione patch e remediation di sicurezza;
  • Gestire Identity & Access Management (IAM): ruoli, policy, permessi e segregazione degli accessi;
  • Definire, mantenere e testare strategie di backup, recovery e disaster recovery supportando la definizione di standard, procedure e documentazione operativa;
  • Collaborare alla realizzazione di architetture cloud ibride e scalabili, contribuendo alla migrazione di workload da on-premise al cloud e valutando alternative tecniche attraverso l’analisi di costi, benefici e rischi delle soluzioni architetturali proposte;
  • Hai conseguito una Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini (o esperienza equivalente);
  • Hai almeno 8 anni di esperienza nella gestione operativa di piattaforme cloud enterprise;
  • Possiedi esperienza concreta su AWS, Google Cloud Platform e Microsoft Azure;
  • Hai esperienza nell’uso di strumenti IaC, Bash, PowerShell, Python;
  • Sei competente nella gestione di IAM, policy, least privilege e governance cloud;
  • Hai autonomia nella creazione e gestione di: VM, storage, database managed, reti virtuali, subnet, firewall e bilanciatori;
  • Hai capacità nel troubleshooting di performance, availability, networking e sicurezza;
  • Possiedi ottime capacità di problem solving, attenzione ai dettagli, orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare su ambienti mission‑critical, esprimendo una forte attitudine all’apprendimento continuo e all’innovazione.
