Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role is responsible for driving end-to-end Azure project execution, demand management, and stakeholder reporting across multiple concurrent cloud initiatives within a large enterprise environment. Job Summary Own the full demand and request management lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, tracking, execution oversight, and closure of work items. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status trackers, and resource plans to ensure on-time delivery. Manage Azure DevOps work item tracking, backlog management, sprint planning support, and coordination with engineering teams. Produce weekly and monthly reporting on project metrics, delivery status, risks, issues, and upcoming pipeline activities for stakeholders and leadership. Create executive-level dashboards and presentations providing visibility into project health, resource utilization, and delivery performance using Power BI or similar tools. Facilitate status meetings, manage action items, drive accountability, and keep projects aligned with business priorities and timelines. Identify risks early, recommend mitigation strategies, and support continuous process improvement across the portfolio. Minimum Requirements: 10-15 years of project or program management experience in an enterprise environment. Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for work item tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning support. Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Demonstrated experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools for building automated dashboards and demand management workflows. Background in M&A environments, including project management, demand management, and end-to-end deliverable reporting through organizational transitions. Experience managing executive-facing reporting and presentations at the program or portfolio level.
