• Define and enforce branching strategies, coding standards, and secure development practices across Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration components.
• Define scalable, secure, and compliant architectures aligned with Life Sciences industry standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Translate complex business needs into target-state architecture, data models, and integration frameworks.
• Own the blueprint for Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio implementations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, digital engagement, and platform upgrades for Life Sciences programs.
• Stay current with Salesforce product innovations (Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, OmniStudio).
• Recommend platform optimizations, deprecations, and modernization strategies.
• Drive adoption of reusable assets and frameworks across teams.
