• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi-org strategy, and solution design.
• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.
• Hands-on experience with API-led architecture (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, Event-Driven frameworks.
• Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions.
• Advanced understanding of Salesforce Data Modeling, Large Data Volume (LDV) patterns, and performance optimization. Life Sciences Domain
• Strong understanding of Pharma processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, , UDI, and PV (Pharmacovigilance).
• Experience with HCP/HCO engagement models, patient services workflows, and field medical/field sales operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and DevOps standards.
• Direct the setup and optimization of the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Salesforce DevOps Center or Git to enable automated, high-quality deployments.
• Define and enforce branching strategies, coding standards, and secure development practices across Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration components.
• Define scalable, secure, and compliant architectures aligned with Life Sciences industry standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Translate complex business needs into target-state architecture, data models, and integration frameworks.
• Own the blueprint for Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio implementations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, digital engagement, and platform upgrades for Life Sciences programs.
• Stay current with Salesforce product innovations (Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, OmniStudio).
• Recommend platform optimizations, deprecations, and modernization strategies.
• Drive adoption of reusable assets and frameworks across teams.
