Senior Data Solutions Architect (Azure expertise)
Location: Hybrid / Worcester, MA- 1 day per week on-site
This is a 6 month contract to perm opportunity. Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and/or Green Card holder to be considered- no Visa sponsorship will be offered. Candidates MUST live local to Worcester, MA to be considered.
Conversion salary once taken perm:
  • 6-8 years of experience- $105,000 plus 10% IC Bonus
  • 8+ years of experience- $124,000 pus 15% IC Bonus

The Opportunity: We are looking for a high-level Data Architect to serve as the primary blueprint designer for our enterprise-grade data ecosystems. This isn't just about managing a database; it's about bridging the gap between legacy foundations and a high-performance cloud future. You will own the technical roadmap for how information flows, ensuring our data assets are secure, scalable, and strategically aligned with business growth.
Core Impact Areas:
  • Strategic Design: Lead the creation of conceptualand physical data models that support everything from real-timetransactional systems to complex analytics warehouses.
  • Pipeline Leadership: Act as the technical authorityfor ETL/ELT frameworks, guiding the development of robust integrationpatterns across modern cloud and traditional platforms.
  • Governance & Integrity: Build the "rules of theroad" for data quality. You'll define the standards for metadata,lineage, and validation to ensure our reporting is beyond reproach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the translator betweenbusiness stakeholders and engineering teams, turning high-level KPIs intofunctional technical components.
  • Modeling Mastery: Create and optimize curateddatasets and semantic layers that empower our BI teams and supportself-service reporting.
